I think its kind of a lame ad campaign but hey whatever works for them.

I think I can hear "Walking Dead" fans pre-ordering right now.

Notice the admonition on the box. Warning this is live ammunition. This is not a toy.

    That's a cute touch....

I'm not sure that live ammunition is something that needs an ad campaign designed to appeal to a twelve year old.

I like it and think it's a pretty funny marketing ploy. But, does this mean that I need to ditch my ammo stash and stock up on this for when the zombies come, or will my current stuff still be good enough.

If anyone wishing to upgrade to this ammo will contact me, I will give you an address you can ship your old ammo to and I will dispose of it at no charge to you.

    Dude, lighten up...

It's just a bit of fun, and it doesn't compromise the quality of the Hornady brand in anyway.

    LMAO

I don't think that is it, I had bulgur and bean chili for dinner.

I'll work on my sense of humor.

Exactly! I'll be ordering me a box as soon as they are available. There's nothing wrong with having fun. Isn't that what this hobby is all about? I think it's nice to see a company with a sense of humor. Try calling their customer service number and listen to the recorded message that greets you.
