    Winchester Q4360 180gr vs PDX-1 180gr vs Ranger Bonded 180gr RA40B

Is this Winchester Q4369 180gr the same as Winchester Ranger Bonded 180gr RA40B the same as Winchester 180gr PDX-1?

The bullets all look identical. The velocities for the PDX-1 and Ranger Bonded are nearly identical (though I can't seem to find the info for the Q4369).
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I know the Q4369 is the FBI carry load, and it is the LE version of the civilian PDX1. I'm no longer sure if it is the same as the Ranger Bonded or if it is an updated Ranger Bonded design.

I have heard, however, that it is an incredibly dirty load with one person going as far as calling it "worse than any cheap Russian ammo."

So for all intents and purposes, if I buy 50 Q4369 for 20 bucks, I'll be getting the same round as the PDX-1, but getting 30 extra rounds out of the deal? Sounds good to me...
