Just picked up a couple of boxes of Cor-Bon to try through the new XD-45. Normally I just use standard stuff for the H&K 9mm (115 gr.) for target shooting. I decided a couple of months ago to move to the .45 for my primary carry. I have used the 147gr Winchester SXT stuff for the H&K with no issues. Anyone have any thoughts on the Cor-Bon 185 and 230 grain JHP +P through the XD-45?
I don't mind spending the money to get the good stuff.
I'll finally be trying the XD for the first time next weekend... 'bout damn time. Thing's been burning a hole in my pocket so to speak.
I think in the next 30-45 days, I'll be able to make the switch from the H&K to the XD for primary carry.
Thanks for any information and tips you have.
Stay safe and carry always.
