Doesn't matter as expansion isn't the do-all and end-all of terminal ballistics, even though that concept takes the fun out of extolling the relative merits of various "especially designed" bullets in ammunition marketed today. Vast expansion isn't a requirement except perhaps for the FBI and especially for those who shoot blocks of jello through four, not three, not five, layers of denim. Handgun bullets can work really, really well without the vaunted benefits of expansion.
