I'll give props again to Georgia Arms. I've blasted thru a ton of their stuff. "Canned Heat": loose rounds by the 500/1000. Quick ship. And they have 147gr 9mm. Bingo.

J&G Sales has pretty good prices on bulk ammo in 9mm, they are located here in Northern AZ where I am and I use their storefront frequently. They show you the price for 50 rounds and then the price if you buy 1000. Right now they have Aguila 124gr and GECO (RWS/Swiss RUAG)) 124gr for $10 a box if you buy 1000. That's even better than the Georgia arms 115gr canned heat, which is surprising. They have steel cased ammo for like 8 or 9 bucks a box if bought in bulk as well. I cannot speak to their shipping prices as I don't go that route.

I've ordered a couple of times from LuckyGunner and have had great service. I've ordered both defensive ammo and boxes of 1000 rounds of target ammo.
