Carry loads for Browning hi power MkIII

Now that my new Browning hi power is broke in (9mm) I'm going to give my 1911's a rest & carry the Browning. I upped the recoil spring to 18 1/2 pounds per Stephen Camp & am useing Fed. 115 grain +p+ for my carry load.

What do you other Browning 9mm hi power users like for carry ammo?

Currently Speer Gold Dot 124 gr used to carry 147 Black Talons

I've put about 12,000 rounds through her of every weight, load, and configuration; all of it shoots well.
Shoot what you think is best, with the Hi-Power it'll work.
