I just like to shoot my SD ammo occassionally (every one to three months) even though I'm confident it could last for multiples of that.

Less than a month because I always end up shooting it when I go to the range.
I always carry two guns daily.
Every two months. One of my biggest concerns regarding carry ammo is that I regularly field strip, clean, and lube the gun every two weeks, and therefore inspect the chambered round for any signs of set back. Since a couple of other posts commented on their concern regarding possible set back, I am curious whether anyone here has actually discovered a case of it in their carry ammo. So far with my schedule I have not had any problems.

I don't worry about it or keep track.
