Federal spending is controlled by the House of Representatives. So where would "the administration" be getting the money to do this?
I think someone may need some of that fancy non stick Reynolds foil.
ETA: But who cares if they are buying over runs. That means by definition everyone else's orders are filled and then Uncle buys whatever is left over.

I have a progressive tin hat press, it sizes and presses the foil in one pull.
Any one know where I can find a crimp die for it so my hat don't fall off?

There are plenty of ammo cans of Federal xm855 for sale here locally in KY. Even saw it at Wally World. Could make the Wally Walk even more productive. Beef Jerky, Check. .223, Check. Action movie, Check. :)
