I have the 1st Gen of the KelTec P-3AT, I've had it for many years.
I orginally did the F&B on it (recommended by the gun shop) and have never had a problem with any JHP ammo I've used.
Now...it's not a fun gun to shoot at the range, but the gun is intended to be an 'in your eye' weapon, not a James Bond shoot 'em at 50 yds. gun.
I have never had any issues with mine.
