I've heard fo guys running over 1,000 rounds through them but can't think it was only hardball?
What JHP or other defensive ammo are you Shield guys using?
Some have had problems with the Barnes X bullet, which would be DPX and the Tac-XP, my current load
for my CZs in 9mm.
Load options for me would be TAC-XP, Gold Dot, Hornady FTX, and Cor-Bon powerball.

I have put plenty of Critical Defense 115 through it, waiting to put some HTS 147 through it hopefully next week.

I've been using 147 gr. Federal HST's in my full size M&P9 and XD9sc for defense. So far my M&P Shield has been gobbling them up just fine. That's what I have in it now.

I'm still waiting on my .40 S&W. When I do get it, it will be fed a regular diet of HST.

No issues with 124g +P Rem. Golden Sabers or 125g +P CorBon High Velocity in my Shield.

Right now I have some Federal HST 147gr HP when I carry, but also would like to add I have run several others through this gun without a hiccup. I havent found anything yet that the shield doesnt like.
