How does it compare to speed gold dot and critical defense?

    Inconsistent penetration

According to DocGKR on m4carbine.net the Cor-bon .380 is not adequate for LE use due to inconsistent penetration.

Please feel free to poke around (search) the blog. I've tested both individually and also head to head vs. their 9mm bigger brothers. I think all the tests are also up on my YouTube channel.

Unfortunately I didn't see any energy reference for these rounds on your blog.

I just started adding that to the data on the recovered rounds at reader request. If it's something you need, it can be calculated from the velocity data captured for each test shot and the bullet weight.

To calculate the kinetic energy of a bullet, multiply the weight of the bullet in grains times the velocity in ft. per second squared and divide this number by 450400. The number that you get is the energy of that bullet at that velocity in ft. pounds.

Sorry I can't do the work for you at the moment. I'm away from my PC.
