    Winchester Ranger Bonded 9mm

Does anyone know if sgammo or ammo to go is selling the new Winchester Ranger bonded 9mm RA9B with the new pdx 1 bullets yet? I have bought other calibers in that line from sgammo with the new bullet.

Did they change the bullet? I have several boxes of RA9B. I thought the PDX1 and the Ranger bullets were still different.

Yes Winchester is starting to use the PDX1 bullets in their ranger bonded line. I have 2 boxes of .40 and .38 spl with the new bullets. Just wondering when the 9mm will follow suit.

That's unfortunate. All the tests I've seen of PDX1 vs. Ranger always showed the Ranger with better expansion and sharper petals.

I believe you are thinking of the ranger talon. The bonded and the t series are two different bullets. What im reffering to is the bonded. Winchester started transitioning from the gen 2 bonded bullet to the pdx 1. In other calibers they have completed it. From what i can see they have not in the 9mm.

The Ranger T series (the unbonded ones that produce the sharp "claws") are still available.

The RA9T and the RA9B use different 147 gr. projectiles so there shouldn't be a problem.
