What? It's $87.99 for 250 rnds. If it was $18, I'd buy it for the brass re-use alone.

The Hague Conventions are binding (?) only on the contracting parties who signed it, in a time of war (Congress has yet to "declare war"). Seeing as we are not fighting a "contracting party" or even a nation, but only terrorists, other than moral consciousness, what's to prevent our using hollow points?

I believe 168gr Sierra Matchkings are used. The shallow hollow points are not meant to increase bullet deformation, but for improved accuracy. The bullets will likely fragment because of their thin jacket.

If the SEALs developed and used this load, it was probably 30 years ago when all 147gr 9mm sucked.
Maybe they are referring to the Arctic Seals, not Navy SEALS.

It is interesting that the Geneva Convention bans the use of hollow point but the federal government is buying up millions of rounds of 9mm and sw40 hp. They say it is for training...yeh!

There is a big difference between government law enforcement and military.

Why does someone have to try to turn every topic into an evil government rant?

    No, it really doesn't.

If you have proof otherwise, show it.
