What does accurate mean in this context, how far away, and what about speed between shots? If you are going to measure someone's ability to control a handgun of a particular caliber [that's what my question about measuring is about], you should have an objective scale - for example, how fast in seconds, how accurate in inches, and at what distance in yards.Quote:
