Do you anticipate an ammo shortage?

I hesitate to even ask..... But do you think we will see ammo shortages like we did 4 years ago?

I sure hope not, hopefully people and manufacturers prepared well enough to reduce the problem.

Well, everywhere you look on the internet you see people freaking out over ammo shortages, so of course we'll see shortages. They're probably already happening. When we run out completely, I wonder who they'll blame?

Just curious how many of these threads are going to show up in the next day or two.....:smile:Think we have 2 or 3 right now.

yep. We have purchased over 10,000 rounds in the last month or so. Going to another gun store today.

Yeah, the problem with ammo shortage theories is that the tend to be self fulfilling prophecies......

I think any shortage will be short lived. I think a greater percentage of the population is already prepared, and that manufactures have anticipated the spike.

Maybe for anything the socialist in chief deems to be an "assault rifle". I think he will just tax the hell out of it to run around the 2nd amendment. No shorrtage for handgun ammunition.

I'm good to go in the black rifle department, too.

I purchased more .223 and .22 ammo yesterday on my way home, there diod not seem to be any shortage.

Yep.

Zero has no reason to hold back now. He'll go after permanent reinstatement of the '94 AWB as soon as the dust settles (he's already said as much) and the "2012 run on guns and ammo" will make the 2008 "run" look like a non-event.

The shortage will not be created by Obama. The shortage will be created by those within the gun community itself with some help from the NRA. Just read the posts and you can see the insecurity of people who are out buying right now fearing something that hasn't happened.

I just received Yesterday 1000 rounds of Ranger T in 9MM and 45ACP. Just in time to add to my other stashes. My brother called and now wants to buy before supplies go and prices jump!

And so it begins. :redface:
