I've read that they were not but I can't site the source. That same source said you should probably assume any primer coming out of Russia is corrosive though no matter what the box says because they probably use whatever is available.
I pretty much shoot exclusively Wolf/Tula in .223, .45 and 9mm at the range, and have been doing so for several years now.
I have had zero issues other than the occasional bad primer that doesnt go bang. No corrosion or abnormal wear.

You can buy Tula primers, none of which are corrosive.
If you go to their website you can look up any of theammo and none of it that I am aware of specs corrosive primers.
They will spec Boxer, Berdan, lead free primers in accordanceto what is used.

No,the first small pistol primers Tula sold had a copper colored "cup" and seemed to be extremely hard with some requiring multiple hits in some guns to fire, the newer ones are nickel colored and my buddy says he hasn't had any problems.I only had 2 in 300 that didn't fire out of the last ammo i reloaded.I only got to run thru 20,000 of the old primers before I get into any newer ones
