    Unhappy Smooth feed?

I carry a Kimber Ultra CDP II. I am trying to find a good defensive round that will feed consistantly smooth. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What have you tried? I have heard good feeding from Pwrball ammo.(Polymer tip, good expansion) but never tried it , as I have yet to see any in stores. I use Hydrashocks for my SA Champ. , as does my buddy, with his Defender.

    test a bunch

The Remington Gold Saber has a rounded profile and a stiff jacket. Feeds like hardball, but still expands big and sharp. If you anticipate feed trouble, thats a good place to start. Almost any barrel can be throated with a quick and cheap trip to the gunsmith. Be nice and take in a sample of the load you want to shoot. I charge around $20 at most.
