I have a Sig 220 that is said to be the most accurate 45 out of the box. Well my grouping are ok and are steadily increasing with practice. But I'm not a bad shot and I've certainly shot better with other guns including other Sigs. So I figure the cheap ammo I shoot might be a problem. I shoot CCI Blazer Brass a little, but I shoot Winchester 100 Value Pack 99% of the time. The shots go all over the place and accuracy is inconsistant. When I tested some Fed Hydras the accuracy was much better.
So what is a good FMJ practice round that is commonly available. Speer Lawman, Remington 50 round box, Winchester 50 round box, American Eagle, Independance? I hear the quality on the 50 and 100 round boxes from Winchester differ in quality.
