    Name of famous/infamous sheep test?

    Hi Guys,

I remember reading about some test that was done a while ago where some people shot a whole bunch of sheep with different kinds of ammo. I did a search here but could not turn up the offical name of the study. Anyone know it off-hand?

    Thanks!

Strassbourg was the one everyone made such a stink about. The CIA did many sheep tests, often after draping a russian great coat over them. I wonder why?

My friend's friend was a special forces medic and he told me of some really brutal tests done on goats to teach field medicine. Burning, loss of limbs, and other major wounds.

Evidently goats are very hardy and will be up and eating in no time flat.

Feel bad for the goats but I guess it's necessary training. Not everything can be taught on innanimate objects.

    Strassbourg tests

Was reported to have been done in France, but widely believed to have been done in the US by 3 letter government agencies. A summary can be found in Marshall and Sanow's book "Street Stoppers". Regardless of what you think of them or their research, there's a lot of info to be found in those books. If you're a serious student of such things, give it a read. You may not agree, but it would be a mistake not to check it out.

    Wasn't that Dr. Josef Mengele?

Oh yeah... different set of tests. Sorry...

Either way, those test have really kept sheep and goats in line...since they have been done, not one person has been attacked by a sheep or goat late at night....
