    Rem JHP

Anyone shot these into jell? I bought of the 155 grain 40's.

My gun cycles them well but I'd like to be for sure they expand properly. I'd rather use Barnes, DPX1, or Gold Dots but I needed ammo to my new gun in. Plus I like the idea of bulk hollow point. Don't see a point in mass amounts of FMJ unless your a target shooter. Just me...

Are these the same as Golden Sabors?

Could you post a picture of them so that I can ID them accurately? I have done testing on lots of loads when I was a police officer and would be glad to let you know if I have had exposure to these.

I'll post a pic after work.
It's the green and bright yellow box. It's the same color scheme as their CoreLok ammunition.

    That would be great!

    Here's a pic I Binged of the 180's.

They shot very well from my 23C. Very very low muzzle flip.

    I see these expanded well...

Those are not the same as the Golden Sabres. The Golden Sabre JHPs use a pre-cut jacket made of cartridge brass.

What you have is the old cup/core design 155 gr. JHPs that have a gilding metal jacket.

Better than FMJ; they'll do until you can lay hands on the Golden Sabres if that was what you were planning on.

Nah, just bulk impulse buy in hollows. Pretty stupid buy because I could have waited and bought Double Tap Barnes for 10 bucks more...
