    Solid performance, I have a box of the 180gr variety right now and I'd expect equally good results out of the 3.5in Glock 27 or 4.25in M&P. I agree that the lower than advertised velocity and energy are a result of the 3in barrel, but 1000fps in a .40 is still good. By the way, you do a really nice job on your blog and reviews, keep it up.

    Pretty cool. Thanks for sharing the test.

    The MacPherson bullet penetration model says that the test round should've gone 16.3" in ballistic gel.

    The Schwartz bullet penetration model says it should've gone 17.0" in ballistic gel.

    It sure looks like the Clear Ballistic Gel is on its way to proving itself to be a great substitute for ballistic gel.
