Need Input on Point of Impact: .223 vs 5.56

Today I was shooting a DPMS Oracle that has approximately 100 rounds through it. The target was at 25 yards.

I started off with PMC Bronze .223 55 grain FMJ-BT. Pretty much everything was within a 1 inch strip to the right of the bullseye.

As soon as I switched to Federal 5.56 M193 Ball, also 55 grain FMJ-BT, everything was within a 1 inch strip to the left of the bullseye.

Any thoughts as to why one type was always right and the other was always right?

BTW - No jams, FTE's, etc. to-date with the DPMS.

Right and Left? Wouldn't be related to the ammo difference. Something else caused it.
