    1911 and Remington UMC

Never had a hiccup with my Springfield RO until I used this ammo. Wondering if others have had issues or if it's just my pistol.
Of course I just picked up two mega-packs of it.
It does have an odd shape on the nose.
Oh well, I guess it will have to be revolver food.

I use a little UMC once in a while in several calibers. Never had any particular problems with it, but it seems pretty dirty and it stinks (literally).

It works fine in my Kimber, but I prefer Winchester bulk ammo.

I have only used UMC in 9mm & 40 S&W, but it worked great. Better than wwb.

Just to clarify this stuff is the "leadless" type. It has a different nose profile from the normal FMJ. Kind of like a flat nose.
