    I agree you have to find the ammo your firearm will eat, and you are comfortable with.
    For me, it is the Corbon pow'r ball. It has great expansion and penetration, but not something that will go through walls as easy as a FMJ

    DoubleTap has some really hot ammo for 45. Real fast and not at +p ratings. All mine feed real well, shoot flat, and are very accurate. I use the 200gr Gold Dot hp.
    I also have had good luck with Hornady TAP in 200gr.
    ...one jagged hole!

    That'd be nice if the Expanding Full Metal Jacket were made in 230 grain. With that said, all that can be said on the topic, has been said. :)
