Exposed ridges on Speer GDHP a concern ?

I follow Glock's advice on no exposed lead bullets in their guns. Just wondering if the small exposed ridges on Speer GDHP are a concern in regard to this.

That lead is not going to contact the rifling in the barrel, so you will be fine. Glock means no lead bullets (not copper jacketed).

Yes, the lead is at the tip which does not contact the rifling.

If in doubt, send them to me. I have a safe ammo disposal device. I will dispose of them free of charge.

Most of my Glock-totin' LEO friends prefer Gold Dots...
For that matter so do most of my Sig-totin', Springfied-totin' and H&K-totin' LEO friends...
