It has been my experience that unless you buy DPX on the internet, it can be very hard to find. I see you live in WA. Any chance around Spokane. If so, I got some of the DPX ammo there for my .380. It was $20 for 20 rounds.

I'm a member of the Buyer's Club here. There is some Cor-Bon on sale for $14 per 20rds. Some of it is a lot more, too. Dunno if it's DPX. THese guys also have excellent prices on MagSafe and Glaser. I also bought 9mm ball (factory new) for $5.88 per box of 50.

If it is .45acp you want; Taurus .45acp is pretty much the same round, try that.

Boy you nailed that one. Does Taurus use the same barnes X bullet as DPX? I think they call it a hex bullet. Anyway a local store has about 20 boxes of the Taurus stuff on clearance for 10$ a box.
