You really should pick up the phone and give me a call one of these days. I took my GP100 to the range today, love the little gun. I call it little because it's narrower than my N-Frame.

If you're looking for ammo shop around locally. WalMart is a good place to start for "Practice" ammo. For your "Carry Ammo" you can Special Order it by the case, like I do. I just got a case of Black Hills 357 Magnum 125 Grain JHP.

My next case of ammo will probably be Corbon 45 ACP 185 Grain JHP DPX. It gets exspensive, but I'm worth it, just ask my wife. I was looking at a Kimber Desert Warrior today. :: That may be my next gun. It would make a great "housegun" and I love the fact that it has a "rail".

I don't order ammo or guns online, but I do use the online shops to get a price. Then I go to my local "pusher", my gun dealer is like a drug dealer to me, and we "haggle" over a price.

I used to deal with National Bullet Co. from Willowick, Ohio. At first they were good. Lately they are treble, very slow service they have had my brass since June and no ammo yet. I looked at the B.B.B. and they have a lot of complaints. I will never deal with them again. I found a very good Co. in PA. www.mastercast.net fast service, good shooting ammo, and the price is very affordable. Check them out!!

Have had good luck with Georgia Arms bulk "canned heat". All so far has been Lake City Brass and its new ammo packed lose in a Ammo can. Good stuff and good service from them.

I did that once, it was billed as full metal jacket; however, the jacket
seemed like paint. It all went bang and was the most accurate ammo I've ever used. The problem was it would not feed in a pistol, it
would hit the feed ramp and the lead bullet would dent and stay there.
As it was 9mm I tried it in a Blackhawk convertible. It shot so good
I almost did not have to aim. But now the problem was it left a lead ring in the cylinder so the next rnd could not be fully inserted. So before each reload I had to brush out the cylinder.
Compared to that 1000 rnds, WWB, as dirty as it is, is a breeze to use.
