KAHR PM-9 recoil/muzzle flip any suggestions

Trying to find a load with least recoil/muzzle flip for my Kahr PM9. Any suggestions ? I use Winchester White box 115 gr and it is a handful. I know small gun big recoil but is there anything out there to lessen it. I am looking for a SD load hollowpoint.
    Thanks

Independence ammo seemed lighter than everything else I've used; but, test them good.

Stick with the 115gr. bullets. Heavier bullets will have more recoil. Maybe try one of the Hogue or Uncle Mikes slip on rubber sleeves for the grip, they help a little bit.

Grip as high as you can and that will help with the flip and return to target. I was shown this when I started shooting a smaller .45 and it really helps with control. It does take some getting used to though, so practice this technique with all your pistols. I have very little flip with my full size .45 now and the micro is much better.

Grip it high and tight; try the 7rd magazine; consider a Pearce grip extension on the magazines; consider Remington Golden Saber 9m JHP 115gr, which I found on the PM9 to have somewhat less recoil than many loads.

I know it goes against conventional wisdom, but I find that my carry load of RA9T 147gr FEELS softer in my 9mm pistols. Possibly the slower slide velocity or just my perception. Worth a try?

Federal makes a low recoil hydrashok. I havent tried them, but they might be worth a shot. I put some grip tape on my PM9 and found a vast improvement in handling even with hot doubletap and cor bon loads. Give this a try if you can, it really does help.

May just be a characteristic of the beast. A larger gun might help.

These work well in my CW9, although I carry their (federals') regular load defense rounds. I bought these on accident at the local big box outdoor store and they were mild.

I shoot corbon +p in mine and tho it makes recoil a handfull , muzzle flip seems less ( to me with my grip ect.. ) than wwb 115 fmj practice rounds .

Try some grip enhancing material on the grip. Skateboard tape and a little super glue should do the trick.

    Gloves

I was surprised at how tame the PM9 shot. However, I usually shoot pistol with a pair of thin leather shooting gloves. Once I forgot them and DANG if that little PM9 doesn't have some bite to it! The leather gloves are great for practice.
