    Magtech "First Defense"

    Has anyone tried the Magtech "First Defense" line of ammo with all copper bullets (particularly in .380 ACP)? If so, what do you think of it?

    Haven't tried it but I would trust Cor-Bon's DPX before Magtech.

    I use Magtech .380 FMJ for practice in my .380s

    I heard a lot of good things about Corbon DPX .380, so I went with that; my Bersa eats it happily.

    Just remember that shot placement is much more important with what you carry than how big a bang you get with each trigger pull.

    I have shot them out of someone else's pistol and they had a ton of flash. the DPX that I use does not.

    I shoot the .45's in my Kimber Pro Carry. They are accurate, controllable, and function perfectly. I like them.
