From reports, it is over rated and expensive. Try an internet search for Box o truth , I think old painless did a test on em.

Penetration tests that I saw last year showed the extreme shock ammo was actually worse than "mainstream" ammo. Save your money and buy some good stuff!

I too read this article and remember Old Painless's test. It made me remember to take any word from the author in G&A with a big grain of salt.
My dad was given a box of the stuff and I told him to go plink with it.
