357 sig ammo
First I would like to say I'm new to forums so forgive me
if I screw this up.
I joined this site because after finding it and reading the
posts because I liked the way the people here treat everyone
and I do carry and like to shoot guns.
I have a Glock G33 (357 sig) and would like to hear for
some 357sig shooters what type of ammo they carry
We have two regulars at the shop who carry that caliber. One uses Gold Dot and doesn't carry a spare mag (Glock). The other uses Cor Bon in the gun and has Gold Dot in the spare mag (also a Glock). Not sure why they do, but I can say the Gold Dot is easier to find. The Cor Bon was a special order.
Gold dot in my .357 sigs.
If Federal makes the HST in 357 Sig that would be my choice. Just got some of this stuff for my G23 ( 40) and it is really impressive!!
BTW Welcome to the forum.
Cor bon in the mag right now. But I have several boxes of Win Silver Tip also. I feel fine with either. I just got a deal on 2 boxes of Cor Bon and it shoots to POA.
I also carry a G33! I carry Winchester Ranger for my defense round.
357 sig ammo
I carry a SIG pro 2340 in 357 sig, all i use are gold dots, they shoot poa, make BIB holes in ph. books, i like em.
Thanks for the input
I just picked up a box of COR BON
115gr JHP 1500fps /Energy 575 ft/lbs
I think its time to hit the range and see how they shoot
I like the Hornady rounds but they seemed low on power to me
so I thought I would try these.
I carry 125gr Speer Gold Dots in my Sig P-226. The fact that they are the most popular LE duty round in America swayed me over to their side. Also, they have nickel cases, which is supposed to make them cleaner firing. I think the only other round I would carry would the Winchester Rangers if they were easy to get in Vegas.
