Federal Premium customer service not so "premium"
i stocked up on almost 1000 rounds of fereral 55 grain hollowpoint .223, it was way underloaded and jammed every few rounds in my bushmaster and in my S&W MP15 it would not even cycle the action, so i emailed them on september 13th and they agreed to take it back due even though i had tossed the recipet and repacked most of it in waterproof ammo cans.
so in september they sent a ups tag and i packed it all up and they got it 10/08/08, they wont return my calls or emails, and that was my SHTF stash, i have sent multiple emails and calls in the last few weeks without any response and i am slighty annoyed:icon_neutral:
how much time should i allow before i threaten to sue" (i will and have done so in the past with another issue and won)
