i stocked up on almost 1000 rounds of fereral 55 grain hollowpoint .223, it was way underloaded and jammed every few rounds in my bushmaster and in my S&W MP15 it would not even cycle the action, so i emailed them on september 13th and they agreed to take it back due even though i had tossed the recipet and repacked most of it in waterproof ammo cans.
so in september they sent a ups tag and i packed it all up and they got it 10/08/08, they wont return my calls or emails, and that was my SHTF stash, i have sent multiple emails and calls in the last few weeks without any response and i am slighty annoyed
how much time should i allow before i threaten to sue" (i will and have done so in the past with another issue and won)

One more letter with copy of shipping receipt and suggestion of solving the issue in a small claims court without any response from them.
