    Ya shoulda called me!

I went to the St. Charles Walmart today... I've never seen the ammo shelves so bare. Last week they were still stocked almost normal.

I did make it to O'fallon tonight, and they still had ammo. Only about a 10-minute drive between the two.

I expect this rush to slack off in a bit.

I figure I bought around a thousand rounds this week, including the box of 550 22lr's. They haven't raised their prices on any of it yet.
Is it good etiquette to quote oneself? Well, I went to my local Wal Mart this evening since today was payday, and much to my surprise, they have finally raised prices on their ammo. The 100 round bulk pack of WWB 9mm ammo has jumped a whole dollar to $20.97 now! Their case was full however.

    Blazer Brass

Found some 9mm Blazer Brass (5 boxes) at a local Walmart.
    Hadn't seen it before.
    Was $8.57/50
That comes to $3.00/100 cheaper than WWB or maybe $4.00 cheaper.
    It shot fine.
Does anyone know if this is a normally stocked product?

P.S. They also had a bunch in .40

My Florida Walmart is fully stocked. WWB .45 is still $29.88. Where can I find a 20% off coupon?

I too noticed at my local WalMart they had the 9mm Blazer Brass for $8.5x (can't remember the cents right now). I picked up a couple of boxes. Each time I go I swing by the ammo case, and they had even more of it last week. Shot fine for me too. When they stop carrying it, I'll go back to WWB.

I went to a nearby Walmart today to pick up some Winchester white box 45 ACP. First of all, I despise Walmart for many reasons , but, whatever. They were stocked pretty well and the price was $29.97 per box. So, I got 3 boxes for just under $100. I suppose that's not bad, about $0.33 per round. Let's see how much the price goes up in the next two months
Don't ever underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
