Old Ammo from Ammunition2Go
So I placed an order for some 45ACP EFMJ from them last week. I got them today
. However, the ammo looks like it's really old. All the copper bullets are heavily tarnished with a pitted appearance. The casings look fine, but the bullets look like they've seen better days. I guess they must have found some old ammo in the back of a warehouse somewhere and sold it as new ammo?!? I assume there is nothing wrong with shooting old ammo, but I was expecting brand new shiny bullets.

Sounds strange to me, but I don't think you'll have any problems shooting them.

Id still give them a call if you are less than 100% satisfied.
They've never had anything I need in stock. Maybe they were great back in the day before the rush.

After seeing the pics, Id call em for sure. That is unacceptable for what is supposed to be new ammo.

I called yesterday, and they said they would run the pics by the owner and see what he says. I really hope they plan to refund my money.

Nasty Ammo
I've purchased from that vendor before and never had any problems.
However, that stuff they sent you is nasty stuff! Terrible.
You should get some type of credit, at the very least.

Just got email notification from ammo to go that they are sending a replacement box. Looks like they have some excellent customer service in my book.

My first two orders from them came in new boxes. No hiccups.
My next 4 boxes (1 order) came in boxes that looked 20 years old. 30-40% of the rounds didn't function correctly, in the same gun previously used. The gun has had zero issues for hundreds of rounds since, after changing ammo.
I'll never order from them again.
