Just bought this ammo from a gun shop around 35 miles away. He had it cheaper than anywhere else so I bought all he had. This is the only SD ammo that I will use from now on. Love it!

I have 3 boxes of this for my wife's Sig 232 .380 acp. I didn't like it as it had a FTF that I have never gotten with the Golden Saber or any other hollow point. The 232 is pretty new, less then 500 rds through it, but it has not had one single FTF wth any other ammo including the first 3 magazines. I won't be using it for the 380, i cannot say about the 9mm or 40 s&w for that matter. I like the Golden Saber, it has been darn reliable for 9mm, .40 s&W and the .380 acp. I have read good things about expansion, can't say that in theory the Hornady isn't a better idea, but I do not want my wife having a failure to feed at a critical moment (yeah, bad pun...)
My uncle has been using that concept for over 20 years. He swages his own bullets and has been using revolver rounds with the rubber tips in his lever guns for years before Hornady "developed" it.
