I would call Gander Mountain on 290/ HWY 6. They usually have a good selection of ammo. It is hit or miss if they have it in stock these days. I would call before I made the trip. Bass Pro shop on 10 in Katy might have some, but that will a good drive for you. Not exactly North Houston though.
I did a Google search of gun shop around Willis.

I was in Katy about two weeks ago and the Walmart by Bass Pro had 357 sig. Good Luck!!
I would also check Carter's Country. Their store on I-10 had a good variety when I was in there Saturday. I can't say for sure if they had what you are looking for though.
Carters usually has everything but be prepared to pay 5 dollars over normal price. Don't get me wrong I love Carters Country, have bought many guns from them, and my girl friend sold guns at their 59 store. Just ammo is way too high!!
I was shocked when I bought a pound of powder from them a few weeks ago. I actually paid $5.00 less than I had a few years ago in Maryland!
I guess their mark up varies. I got a good deal on the powder, but I was less than thrilled with what I paid for some magazines a while back.
I found some at shilo shooting range, and also Spectre firearms at 249/cypress.
Theres also a Gander Mountain on I-45 and Spring Cypress I believe.. Just an exit or two past 1960, cant remember for sure.
I stop in often and have bought more than a few guns from Roger. Their stock of 357 SIG has been non-existant for several weeks, practice or SD ammo. I went mail order to Midway last time and just ordered some more DoubleTap but it is now backordered. Glad I have 400+ rounds right now.
Republic Arms on W. 34th had several boxes of WWB Friday. I don't recall if he had the premium stuff.
While it is not up north, Collector's Firearms on Fondren at Richmond Avenue had quite a bit of .357 SIG defensive ammo today. I saw a stack of Gold Dot .357 SIG while scanning the shelf for .40 Gold Dots.
If you make it to Waco, both wallmarts in town, and the gunshop I go to have had full stock of .357 sig. Seems like noone around here buys it. Kinda makes me want to go get a .357 ......
I just bought six boxes of .357 Sig FMJ at Walmart for 20% OFF because they don't sell enough!
