I'm kinda new, obviously this was my first thread on the board. Basicly I'm venting right now... But my cousin is really in a bad way because he carries for his job, and he can't find ammo for his job.

Your ammo? On the shelf with everyone else's I reckon. Just one problem.....most of everyone else says it's their ammo. You can go ahead and have mine if you'd like.

    Welcome to DC.
reminds me of the comic that said " Did you ever notice that superman can stop bullets with his chest, but when the bad guy throws the empty gun at superman's head he ducks?"

Maybe we all need range time throwing our weapons. Great, now I have to decide if the standard wood grips or the rubber combat grips have a better release and better accuracy when thrown!

    That's great!!

The worst thing is the feeling of being unprepared... but it's all part of the transition to a communist society, and it looks like it's going well

Went to bass pro shop online... Ordered 4 boxes of 100 WWB 9mm, said backordered and thought I will just wait... Ended up getting them within 1 1/2 weeks. Might want to try them out. Not a bad price either came out to be just a few more $$ than walmart.. Also walmart stocks ammo at night.

Yep, or Cabelas too. I recently picked up some 9mm and .40 from Midway USA. It took about a month to get it, but it's here!

The shortage is a drag. The best time to stop by walmart for ammo is around the evening when it gets off the trucks. Better be fast though.
