"Ballistics by the inch" article in Concealed Carry Magazine.

The April 2009 edition of Concealed Carry Magazine (the member's publication of the US Concealed Carry Association) contained a great article on the Ballistics by the inch project. With the permission of the editor, the entire article, complete with images is now available on our homepage in pdf format.

Also, as noted on the BBTI blog, we recently completed the second sequence of tests, this time covering .327 Magnum, .41 Magnum, and 10mm. In addition, we also tested over 40 new "real world" guns to expand the data available for our previous tests of other calibers. We hope to do a major upgrade of the BBTI site in a couple of weeks with all the additional data.

Thanks for the update. Haven't been to the site in a couple of weeks, but visited right after I read that same article and was really impressed. Lots of great info. I'll have to check out the new stuff.

3KG - the major upgrade will come in (hopefully) 10 days to two weeks, depending on when one of my cohorts gets the data compiled. Mostly all we've done lately has been minor tweaks and whatnot, while we get the other stuff ready to go.
