    Ammo prices suck here

I have complained before I know but, today I went
to a sportstore close by to do a price check.

They had a box of 9mm named "Makorov brand"
It said 9,60 kroner. I asked the guy behind the
counter. Is this per bullet? Yes he replied!

Its 6 kroner to one dollar. Thats a $1.50 per
    bullet.

Can you reload your own in Norway? If so you may be able to save some money doing it yourself. Here is a link to RCBS international dealers where you may be able to get the equipment needed. RCBS - Precisioneered Shooting Products - International Divisions

Actually you can reload here. They had the equipment
for it at the same shop. Man range time is expensive!

    have to pass a test?

    Wow. That is expensive.

I guess it costs around $0.10 or 0.15 to make each round of 9mm (practice ammo) By the time they pay for liability insurance, shipping, and sold for a profit here in the USA it is around 0.20

Is there tax on ammo in Norway? Why is it so expensive?
