The Outdoor Marksman sells "re manufactured" ammunition, but I don't think I've ever seen any in stock. IIRC you can find Black Hills reloads for sale at some stores.
If you are asking if any members here sell ammo, if I'm not mistaken, the manufacture of ammunition for sale is regulated by the ATF, but don't quote me on that, while I'm sure we might have a member or two here that's licensed, a thread in the B/S/T section might be your best ticket.
Like JD said, Black Hills sells remanufactured ammo, as well as the Outdoor Marksman, they sell reloaded ammo under the Miwall brand, I've shot this ammo, it's good stuff.
Stay away from a company called Ultramax, their reloads are crap!
Zero Bullet Company's reloads have a good reputation.
Do asearch, there's a lot more out there.
