New Weapon, new ammo
Just picked up a Sig-Sauer P225 9MM. I love the Sigs, prefer .45 but the 225 fits the hand so sweetly. I bought a box of Hornady Critical Defense (CDX, 90250) ammo. 115 grain with FTX bullet, 1140 fps muzzle, $24.99 for 20 rounds. I have never shot this round, but have read some interesting things about it. Does anyone here have any experience on this round? Looking at it it looks like it has a piece of Bazooka Joe bubble gum filling the cavity. I have not seen any comparisons of this to other premium SD rounds. Has anyone done any comparisons? If so please let me know where to find them.
