Don't remember who makes it or what it's called - but
It's a hollowpoint (sortof) with a marble like silicon ball filling the hollowpoint part.
Feeds like a FMJ with round end but expands like hollowpoint.
I've seen it online before but just can't remember where to find it again.

Hornady Critical Defense also has a rounded nose and feeds easily - it is a much softer material, like a pencil eraser, whereas the pow'r ball has a nylon or teflon/ptfe nose. The Federal EFMJ has a thin copper jacket over a silicone core, but none of that is exposed or visible until the bullet expands.
