Short barrel revolvers & .44Magnum ammo

How's it going everyone? I have been hearing so much about the Ruger Alaskan with the 2.5" barrel chambered for the .44MAG and was wondering what is the feet per second (FPS) and foot pounds (FT/LBS) of the .44MAG round leaving the 2.5" barrel? Any information will be grately appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

I don't know, but the recoil will be FIERCE!

Are you referring to the feet per second that the bones in your wrist travel when you pull the trigger?

The Ruger Alaskan is built like a tank and recoil isn't an issue. I would just like to know what the muzzle velocity & muzzle energy would be with the 2.5" barrel. Can you guys help me out?
