you can never have enoughI have at least 500 rounds of each caliber and I try to buy 150 rounds each time at the range and only shoot 50 of each. I also have 2500+ for my ar 15 just in case.

Sometimes in life you have to stand your ground. It's a hard lesson to learn and even most adults don't get it, but in the end only I can be responsible for my life. Have a 1000 rds for my AR and 6 pistol at 250 rds ea and 14 rifles at 250 rds each I need to add a wing in walk in closet but would have to get rid of wifes shoes..hmmmmmm

Have 1500 9mm, 600 in .308, and need at least 2000 AR (don't have the AR yet, but soon, very soon)

I don't have a ton of ammo:
400 9mm target
100 9mm SD
2000 .22 (4 bulk packs of 500)
Other than that, I've got 1000 bullets, 1lb of powder, 600 primers. I've yet to start reloading but as soon as the rest of my press comes in and I get comfortable reloading I will be stocking up with more bullets, powder and primers. You can NEVER have enough and reloading seems to be the easiest way to do this, especially since it is cheaper.

I can see that we need to work on the ammo stock.
Right now I have a major hoard of food, booze and cases of wine, so maybe I could use that as currency for ammo??
