    My favorites:

    "Lights Out" by Halffast
"Lucifer's Hammer" by Larry Niven and Jerry Pournelle

Both are good books. Lights Out can be found in pdf by googling it. Lucifer's Hammer may be at your local library.

Also, if you're specifically looking for Sci-Fi, check out a book called "Voyage From Yesteryear" by James P. Hogan. Its EOTWAWKI sci-fi but in a very imaginative way.

Not sure if it's really sci-fi, but it is distopian. The Gunslinger series by Stephen King. The first book is a bit rough, but considering he wrote it in college I'll forgive him. The second, third and fourth are all solid though, five and six differ a bit in the direction I'd have liked to see. And seven sucks, because it ends the series.

If you haven't heard of it, a man name Roland is the last of the gunslingers. Essentially the knights (without the rape, incest and all the other good stuff that destroys are childhood notions of them) of their world. It has really hit the fan where he is, time has shifted, directions are no longer the same and the world is coming to the end.

Most of David Drake's Sci Fi works have elements of TEOTWAWKI. They focus around military conflict in the future and have very good descriptive portions of the chaos that surrounds civilians displaced by war.

There is a gentleman " Michael Z Williamson" That has written a number of books. I ran into his name on the "survival Blog" by Rawles who wrote Patriots. He has a book "Freehold" that is a way in the future science fiction that espouses freedom and self reliance. They are a separate planetary system that the UN of Earth tries to take over. I really liked the attitude and the battle action. It was worth the money!
