Fan of Dynamic Handgun by Magpul. Loads of information and drills and the videos are very high quality.
Check out the Thunder Ranch training DVD series - Urban Rifle, Defensive Handgun, Defensive Shotgun.

Sorry should have clarified, I meant instruction on shooting techniques. Marksmanship, competitive shooting.
I am not gonna rank them in order. But I do have gun related videos worth looking:
-"Fighting Mindset 1-3" (Ben Cooley)
-"The Combat Shotgun" (Louis Awerbuck)
-"The Urban Rifle" (Clint Smith)
-"Extreme Close Quarters Shooting" (Ralph Mroz)
-"Mastering the AR-15" (Lenny Magill)
-"Handgun Dry Firing" (Lenny Magill)
-"Defensive Thinking" (Clint Smith)
-"AR-15 CQC" (Lenny Magill)
-"Mastering the Combat Shotgun" (Lenny Magill)
-The Tactical Shotgun" (by the Gunsite staff)
Take a look at Gabe Suarez & Kelly McCann they have some good videos out on combative shooting. Most of them can be purchased at budovideo, paladin press or rented online at goldstarvideo. These guys are good you will not be disappointed.
I rented Online the The Fundamental Kalashnikov by Gabe Suarez & his Saiga Shotgun they are both good.
As far as handguns Thunder Ranch puts out a couple of good Conceal Carry videos also. I put a link below where you can find them, The site i listed below has over 60 firearm titles to choose from and you can rent
them for only 10 each for 30 days. It will save you a bunch of money
Hope that helps
