Its goal is to basically create a mental training regiment and to help reduce your mental pressure. Its design is for ELITE Athletes in Olympic sports but I'll tell you what there are some great Self Training Techniques of how to stay cool under extreme stress. I would recommend it to anybody shooting IDPA, IPSC, or even for practicing when that extreme adrenaline dump happens.
