Topics covered include mechanical and marksmanship training, manual of arms, functioning, disassembly, inspection, repair, reassembly, accidents, malfunctions and stoppages, safety tests, and tools, guages and fixtures, all very well illustrated with b/w photographs.

This book is useful to the M1911 pistol owner because it combines material from several sources into a single handy 5 by 8 inch volume. It would be especially valuable to take along when inspecting and safety testing a used pistol (or a new one, for that matter) prior to purchasing.

i agree they do have a good list of stuff when they will send oyu a catalog .. I have this same book somewhere packed away and it does have soem good info
