    Has anyone started a simular list for other books.
    I have a copy of M. Aooyb's Concealed Carry Digest that I would be willing to send out to anyone interested.
    The book covers general advice on holsters, cover clothing and draw technics, along with caliber and gun model suggestions.
    It's a paperback, probably about 200 pages I think.

    I have like four of his videos and he is good but he tend to get boring when he explains self defense to you!
    I trained everyday and will be ready for the day that I have to defend myself or my family!

    Not sure where this thread has gone. I would absolutely love to get any Mas's books or any other books on SD. I'm a quick reader and it would be sent right back to ya.

    If these are still circulating around, I would like to get on the list.

    So far as I can tell from the posts, my best guess on where copies might be is:

    I've read them, I think that THE TRUTH ABOUT SELF DEFENSE is more helpful, but most people also need a dose of what the legal system is like, and IN THE GRAVEST EXTREME gives you that.

    You'll have to find it, first. Somehow, it went into a black hole and folks stopped updating this thread with where it went. So, yer on yer own.

    Supposedly, BooksAMillion has it for $12.95 Here: In the Gravest Extreme by Massad F. Ayoob (Paperback): booksamillion.com

    Or, you could get a library card... If your local library does not have it, they can do an inter library loas for a couple of bux.

    Amazon now has it, again... for less... here: http://www.amazon.com/dp/0936279001/...l_169gbjj0mb_b

    This is one of Massad Ayoob's classic books on the realities of self-defense and the justifiable use of deadly force. Well worth the read, if you've never done so. A bit dated in places, but otherwise it's exceptional coverage of a tough topic.

    Am looking for a DC member who:

    • Has never read this book;
    • Is ready to read it now; and
    • Will forward it to another person (here) who will do the same.

    Sound like you?
